Are your earrings hypo-allergenic?
No, currently they are not made hypo-allergenic. BUT, if you need a pair made hypo-allergenic, we can replace the hardware at no additional cost. Please submit this request in the “contact us” box OR by email.
Can you create custom pieces?
We currently are not taking custom orders regularly, but if you have an idea, shoot it over to our email.
Are your earrings lightweight?
Yes, the polymer clay creates a super lightweight earring, most people say they don’t even remember they have them on! The pieces with metal are slightly heavier due to the extra materials.
Returns/Refunds:
We currently are not accepting any returns and do not offer refunds, but we can offer remakes if, and only if, your pieces are damaged during shipping. For this to be valid, you must send a photo of the broken pieces within one week of date you receive your package.
